Deinotherium
Deinotherium
Currently known as the 'elephant ivory has hoes', Deinotherium are creatures that live in the middle Miocene and disappear around the year Early Pleistocene era. Known as the third largest land animals that ever existed, that stand as high as 15 meters Deinotherium and weigh more than 15.4 tons. These creatures are much like an elephant now, with one significant difference is that an ancient elephant has a short nose and fangs are still attached to the mandible, while upper jaw almost not like elephants today. Deinotherium fossils found all over the world, especially in Europe, Asia, and Africa.
