Elasmosaur

Elasmosaur

Elasmosaur lived in the late Cretaceous period. This creature is estimated 46 meters in length and weighing more than 2.2 tons. Half of the body length was neck, which has more than 70 vertebrae. Long Neck is very important because it is the only body part that can be lifted out of the water. We thought the creature was large fins, but according to fossils found in Kansas by Dr. Theophilus Turner, he has four fins size not too big. His body was accompanied by a small head that decorated teeth are very sharp.
